Meet Aneska — a young wombat joey who tragically lost her mum near Bothwell in Tasmania. When Aneska first came into care, she was very unwell, covered in cuts. She was initially taken in by a temporary carer, who then reached out to us to help continue her care.
Little Aneska was checked by the vets after showing some lameness in her back left leg. Thankfully, there were no breaks — just a bit of pain relief and plenty of rest needed.
